SheServe｜她事奉運動由美國福音證主協會信二代事工發起與推動，現任負責人為李道宏牧師醫生。
我們的異象清晰，一如宣言所述： 尊榮那些在教會中忠心事奉的女性——讓下一代看見她們。
SheServe Ministry was conceived and developed by the Second Generation Ministry (信二代事工) of the Christian Communications Ltd. USA (美國福音證主協會), headed by Rev. Dr. Jeffry Lee .
The vision is clear, as stated in our Declaration: To honour the women who faithfully serve in our churches — and to make sure the next generation sees them.
我們正處於這段旅程最初的起步階段。
SheServe 是一個草根運動——它不是任何單一事工、教會或宗派的項目。它屬於整個基督的身體。它從地面生長，一間教會、一個主日、一個被叫出口的名字，一點一點地擴展。
We are at the very beginning of this journey.
SheServe is a grass-roots movement — not a project of any single ministry, church, or denomination. It belongs to the whole body of Christ. It grows from the ground up, one church at a time, one Sunday at a time, one name spoken aloud at a time.
我們深切期待，來自世界各地教會的恩賜領袖，將他們的智慧、經驗與心志，帶入這個共同的異象之中，與我們同行。
We fully expect this movement to grow as gifted leaders from churches around the world bring their wisdom, experience, and heart to this shared vision.
我們正在尋找的領袖｜We Are Looking For Leaders
我們正在招募願意投入的領袖，包括： We are currently recruiting leaders who are willing to:
- 以事工專業參與塑造這個運動的方向 Bring their ministry expertise to shape this movement
- 在自己的教會或事工網絡中推動 SheServe Champion SheServe within their own church or network
- 協助設計與舉辦退修會、資源開發與培訓 Help design and deliver retreats, resources, and training
- 為這個運動所尊榮的女性禱告、與她們同行 Pray for and with the women this movement seeks to honour

We do not envision a large administrative team — we trust that the Lord will move both volunteers and donors to accomplish this vision together.
我們的異象｜Our Vision
我們相信，當教會與領袖們承接這個異象，他們將自然地渴望為事奉中的女性舉辦研討會、退修會與培訓活動。
當那一天來臨，我們希望能夠在場——不只是在精神上支持，更是以實際的事工資源與能力，裝備、陪伴、並賦能每一個這樣的聚集。
We envision that as churches and leaders catch this vision, they will naturally desire to host seminars, retreats, and training events for the women this movement seeks to serve.
When that day comes, we want to be there — not just in spirit, but with real ministry resources and capacity to support, accompany, and empower each of those gatherings.
